Unfortunately, campaigns cost money. Because they cost money, we have to ask for help from nice folks (like you) or we won't be able to buy signs, send out mailers, get those nifty magnetics you'll be seeing on cars real soon, put ads in the newspapers and do all those other necessary things that ultimately (we hope) will result in lots of people running to the polls to vote for Greg. Know this, if we had unlimited personal funds, we'd be using our own money rather than asking for help.
If you'd like to make a donation, no amount is too small. The government does put some limits on how much you can contribute though (gee, bet that will disappoint you!). Top amount you can donate is $2,300 per household. Now, we're sure you were considering a $5,000 donation, and we're real sorry you can't do that, but life is tough at times and so are campaign rules.
Remember, donations to political campaigns are not tax deductible.
